MANUAL THERAPY TREATMENT

Taking care of your muscles means knowing how to treat them. Manual therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy that has been expertly designed to target and relieve problematic muscle patterns that cause or contribute to pain or discomfort. It is also used to increase your range of motion, providing you with improved comfort and functionality. This treatment strategy involves the use of specific hands-on techniques like massage, joint mobilizations and manipulations, trigger point release, taping, and soft tissue treatments to locate and correct potential causes of pain.
